Following the elevation of the Commander of the 13th Brigade of the Nigerian Army, EI Okoro, to the rank of Major General, the Commander who has now been transferred, paid a final call on the Deputy Governor of Cross River State, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey, to bid the Deputy Governor goodbye and to introduce his successor, Brig-Gen. IM Ibrahim.
His Excellency, while wishing Major General Okoro success in his new assignment, welcomed the new Commander, Brig. Gen. IM Ibrahim to Cross River State, assuring him of maximum support by the Government as he carries out his duties in the state.
