The Cross River Internal Revenue Service Executive Chairman, Prince Edwin Okon, together with his management team, Monday, warmly received his Akwa Ibom State counterpart, Mr. Okon Okon, at the Service's Headquarters in Calabar.
His colleague who is in Calabar to under study Cross River Internal Revenue Service following giant strides that has led to increased revenue in the state.
This camaraderie which is a demonstration of quest for excellence indicates that both Chairmen are committed to strengthen the already exciting synergy between the two revenue generating bodies in the areas of peer review, exchange programs and trainings, information sharing, technological upgrades, amongst others.
Prince Edwin Okon said Okon, an award recipient of the nation's apex tax regulatory body, the Joint Tax Board, is a powerhouse of wisdom and experience, of which he would continue to tap from.
